The Client Journey

First…

we will have an initial discovery call where we get to know each other and decide if we are a good match based on your current goals and needs and my experience and style.

From there…

our first session is dedicated to creating a roadmap that will identify themes and goals – then we get to dig in and get uncomfortable as we work towards those themes and goals, address what needs to change or nourished to unlock your potential and get you unstuck. Remember, the uncomfortableness is where the magic happens.

Finally..…

at the end of your journey we will take the time to see how far you’ve come to create the change you are seeking and solidify the tools you will continue to use to build on the momentum we created together.

Maven Mindset: One powerful piece about my coaching is that it is an individual journey which means I have a unique approach based on each client’s needs. If you’re willing and ready to bring your vulnerability, we are going to go deep. You’re the driver but know my absolute priority is to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable to do so.
