My work stands on two pillars: helping women lead with maven‑level authority, and helping teams build the kind of culture where leadership is shared, aligned, and sustainable.

I bring 25 years of lived experience in one of the most male‑coded systems in the world. I understand the politics, the pressure, and the unspoken rules women navigate — and I understand what it takes for teams to operate with clarity, trust, and shared responsibility.

MY STORY

I help leaders strengthen their leadership and elevate the way their teams work together. My approach is practical, strategic, and grounded in lived experience. I focus on what strengthens decision-making, relationships, and team culture. The work that changes how leaders show up.

With 25 years as a senior officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force, I’ve led in one of the most male‑coded, high‑pressure environments in the world. That experience shaped how I see power, politics, communication, and culture — and it’s the lens I bring to every coaching engagement. Clients value the steadiness, perspective, and pattern recognition that come from a career spent leading in complexity.

As a coach and leader, I help clients see what matters, act with intention, and lead in a way that aligns with their values. They leave our work with clearer insight, stronger conviction, and a renewed sense of direction — individually and with their teams.

I partner with executives — particularly women leading in male‑coded environments — who want to lead with depth, influence, and grounded authority. Many are navigating high‑stakes roles, complex team dynamics, or cultures that weren’t built with them in mind. They’re ambitious, thoughtful, and committed to leading well without losing themselves.

I also work with senior teams who want to elevate their teamship — how they communicate, decide, and lead together. Whether I’m coaching an individual leader, a team, or both, the goal is the same: leadership that is intentional, sustainable, and capable of shaping culture.

On a personal note, I’m an avid global explorer, having lived on three continents and travelled to more than 40 countries. I’m happiest outdoors with my husband and kids — hiking, cycling, snowboarding, or camping. My days usually start with a workout, end with a book, and include strong coffee, great food, and a very snuggly dog.
